Mangala Holland: Her Journey of Liberation

Welcome to the Yoga Connection with Zorananda. Today I have the pleasure to interview Mangala Holland. Her and I met in 2012 at the Agama Yoga School in Koh Phangan, Thailand. In this episode we chat about her journey into yoga and how it led her to the island and the yoga school. She dives into what it took for her to realize that the school was in fact a cult, and how it shaped the work that she does now to help people all over the world experience healing through sexual liberation and reclaiming a deeper connection with sexual expression.

I unfortunately had some technical issues around the 47 minute mark which resulted in losing the last 10 minutes of the episode. I will have Mangala on again soon to talk about her book 'Orgasms Made Easy', and dive further into the work that she does!

A little bit about Mangala:

"A leading international expert in female pleasure, Mangala Holland is a Women’s Sexual Confidence & Orgasm Coach and is the author of the #1 best-selling book, Orgasms Made Easy: the No-Nonsense Guide to Self-Pleasure, Sexual Confidence & Female Orgasms.

She’s on a mission to help women and pussy-owners become empowered through loving themselves fiercely, celebrating their sexuality, and overcoming the fear, guilt and shame that keeps them playing small.

Having 12 years experience in the industry, her superpower is helping women and vulva owners become deeply connected to their body, pleasure and orgasmic confidence, which is the natural birthright of everyone. Mangala places a strong emphasis on self-love, embodiment and empowerment in her work, teaching in a trauma-informed, no-bullshit, fluff-free, grounded, dogma-free style."
